- Clause 5 (Objects of the Company): This legally defines our core purpose—ensuring that 100% of our operating focus remains dedicated to funding certified Australian charities and local community initiatives.
- Clause 6 (Income and Property): This is our "Not-For-Profit" lock. It legally dictates that every dollar generated must be applied solely toward our charitable purpose, strictly prohibiting any dividends, profits, or capital from being distributed to directors or members.
- Clause 69 (Winding Up): Our absolute asset lock. It guarantees that if the foundation ever closes, all remaining funds and assets must be transferred directly to another registered charity with similar rules, ensuring zero personal gain.
